When Official 08-09 Players' list ?

I'd like to know when, normaly, we get the complete stats of players/teams/coachs for the next years in the summer ?

Je voudrais savoir quand est-ce que normalement, quelqu'un sort les stats des joueurs/équipes/coachs de la prochaine saison (2008-09) ?

There already some available in Rating2008 download.

Nah. None draft pick and free agent. Thats why I ask this question, because if not, I'll make my rate package myself.

From year to year the DVHL or others make rating packages, which we use to update our leagues.

I created a starter league last year which included the complete NHL rosters with their prospects. That set was as close to being accurate as possible.
I have not or plan to make another starter kit.

If you want to please do so and then it to Simon so he can add it to this site as a download.

Is these ratings rules are exact and usefull ? I mean, look at this : http://simhl.net/ratings.html . If I make all my players rating like this, is this will be working on sths ?
