Suport file installation error

When I tried to install the suport file I get the following error.

You need to be administrator to installed the STHS Support Files.

I tried it and still the same error, I don't know what to do here anymore.

When I use the Client 1.1.8 I get this error

Let try something.

Download the "Support Files to Run the STHS Version 1 - Manually Installation" and extrack all the file in the SAME directory that the STHSClient.exe is located. Then try to run the STHSClient.
