Trying to migrate my FHL league

Trying to migrate my FHL league following the instructions but when i open the sim (I purchased v2 but have also DLed v1) neither sim will let me grab from the 'League' scroll down menu. Help!

From the 'League' menu, select 'Off-Season' and then 'Import FHL Data' is a function of the version 1. You need to use the V1 to import but you don't need to buy V1 for that.

I understand that. But on both of the versions, the word 'League' among the scroll down menus at the top is not highlighted and ergo, I can not access that scroll down menu.

You need to create a blank league before.
