I am having a problem trying to create a rating file to be loaded into the simulator. It keeps showing Conversion from string "1950-9-31" to type 'Date' is not valid. Or it just will not import the players and states 'YearBorn field didn't pass the validation test' in the CSV text file. I am trying to create a league for the 1917-18 season and all the players birth year are 1900's and earlier. I tried using a later year such as the year 2000 and it works then.

I got your email. For the year born, the verification code is looking for a birthday between 1900 and 2050. Since all your ear is 18**, it’s not working. You have 2 options, either I create you the STR file myself or you change the year born by 50 for example and use the mass edition to remove 50 of age after the import.

After changing the yearborn to after the 1900's it still shows the error from Microsoft Visual Basic

The 31 of September doesn't exist. September always end on 30th.
