Erreur d'upload ftp

Bonjour,

J'envoie mes fichiers automatiquement avec le simulateur et j'obtiens parfois l'erreur suivante lorsque le fichier stc est uploadé. Je suppose que c'est en raison d'un time out ou d'un paramètre du serveur quelconque mais je ne le connais pas alors je fais appel à vous pour me guider !

Presque après tous les exports. Hier je ne l'ai pas eu après la simulation mais avant-hier je l'ai eu après la simulation et après une exportation que j'ai fait après coup.

What is the maximum file size you can upload? If you upload the STHS Client file manually, does it work?

Selon mon hébergeur, aucune limitation n'est actuellement activée sur mon site...

"Currently, our FTP server does not have any limits that will prohibits an 8MB file from being uploaded.
The error should be caused by the application itself instead of the FTP server. To be exact, we believe there is a timeout configuration within the hockey simulator application.

J'utilise l'upload automatique. Cette semaine, j'ai eu l'erreur toutes les fois que j'ai fait la simulation.

I just downloaded Ver 2.0.1 and tried to sim. I no longer get the Error 503, but I still get FTP Connection Failed.

It only happens "most of the time". I've found that I can eventually get it to work if I keep trying over and over.

Some of my GMs have reported getting a similar Exception message with the Client.

Most days I am finding that I still get the "FTP Connection Error" when trying to simulate. I'm not sure if it always happens this way, but the past two days the simulator was able to download all but one of the lines files. No matter how many times I re-tried, it wouldn't get the last one, so I had to FTP in to download and delete it manually.

Hi SICHLCommish, it seems that the error you are talking about is not the same that I get and describe here.

I get mine when, after outputing files STHS upload them to FTP server automatically while you get yours when STHS download alignment files from FTP.

It might be less confusing if you start a new thread.
