2.0.1 - Command line sim paused waiting for input

Tonight, I just noticed my site did not update, checked the simming computer and it had prompt "Send Nick Tanarsky to Waivers?"

Why is it asking me this? I've never seen this prompt yea this season (started in oct 2010) and yes we have had players goto waivers. Is it a new bug introduced in V2.0.1?

Happened again tonight. Command line auto sim is stuck waiting for me to respond if I wanted to send a player to waivers. It's not the commish job to decide this! This is definitely some kind of new behaviour as on November 1, there was a waiver transaction and I didn't have to do anything.

It been like this forever. It's bug. I'll get it fixed in next version.

Fix an issue when running the STHS in Automatic Mode where it would ask a question if you want to send a player to waiver or not when it was not supposed to.
