New League

Hello to everybody...Im from Slovakia and I was recently thinking about creating new sim hockey league but I really dont know where to start and what I need to do to run one..Im recently playing in one czech league (manager.nhlpro.cz)..Could someone tell me where should I start and what I have to know at beginning??Thanks in advance

You need for starters

• STHS simulator (free demo mode if you just want to try it)
• A window PC
• Some webspace if you want to put the files online
• Decide if you want complete fantasy league or want to use NHL players
• If want NHL players, decide on what kind of player ratings you want to use
• Find some GMs
