Star Power rating

I looked about 10 pages deep in this forum and in the manual but I couldn't find any references to the "Star Power" rating (SP). It's been said to me that the rating can be anything from 0 to 2, but when I edit a player in the sim I can type '999' and it seems to stick. What is the proper range for this attribute?

Is there a criteria guideline to assign values for SP?

0 = Nothing
1 = Normal Star
2 = League Star

Yes, I kind of knew that.

I wanted to know what makes a player qualify for a 2 over another player. Is there a rule to follow or is it a league thing?

I could see using the scoring leaders as a qualifier but maybe there is a better way to get players from all teams so GMs stay happy.

Non, je voulais faire ça simple surtout qu'on ne peut pas mettre ça dans un rating pack.
