2010-2011 Re-rates

Simon, in the downloads you have a zip file for the new re-rates.
Would it be possible to have to sets, one for V! users and one for V2.
My league still uses V1 and i think the SIMHL rates that are listed are for V2.
Since i do not do rates i do not know how to convert a V2 to be able to use in V1.

In the zip file, you have both V1 and V2 files. It's usually written in the name of file.

The simhl ones just say SIMHL-PlayersRatings.csv, Since i am not in front of my computer with the sim to check are these for V1 ?
Same with the SIMHL coach ones ?

I'll correct that in the next update to show they are for V2 in the name.

Just got home, The coach files loads in the sim but the player one does not for V1. What is needed to convert them to a V1 format that we can use ?

The SIMHL-PlayersRatings.csv is a V2 CSV files.

The only way is to manually convert them.

Ok, So since i have never done a set of rates, is there anyone here who can take the V2 SIMHL rates csv and convert them so they can work in V1 ?

The passing rates seem to be downgraded a lot for example and the Farm players look weaker then in the last ratings.
Was there an adjustment in the rating system?
Will the ratings be final or will they be updated soon?

All I did is to take the CSV I had and re-create a rating pack. I only fix 1 error in the CSV where Cedric Desjardins was born on February 30 (It impossible). On the first importation that Mike did, the system stop importing all the players after this error.

ALL passing and scoring ratings are lower then last year.
last year the ratings were done from 60 to 99
this year the ratings are done from 50 to 99
this means top players still get high numbers but the ratings go down
faster after that.
but as usual, the Simhl ratings are ALL done with the same formula for ALL players
so ratings are equal for everyone.
