Off Season Start

Sorry if this is a silly question, I am just starting out and was wondering if it is possible to start a league during the off season with the draft, then free agency.

If so, does anyone have any suggestions how to do so.

You cannot have a entry-draft without playing a season. There is no way around it other that you do it completly manually.

But you can have free agency without playing a season.
