2.1.5 - Contract Mass Edition

Contract length does not change in csv file, if you edit it in the sim.

My steps:

1. I decided to change maximum contract length from 9 years to 4 years in my league.
2. I used the Mass Edition to set all the existing contracts (both players and goalies) to 4, if longer than 4.
3. Output
4. STHS html pages shows no contracts that are longer than 4 years.
5. CSV file (players and goalies) has the old contract length info. The players that had 5 or more years, before I used the Mass Edition, still has 5 or more years.

Finally, I figured out what was wrong about this! I've had nightmares about this, why the web portal shows wrong contract info...

Just tell me if you need any files to check.

Did you delete your CSV files and recreate them via the Output? Sometime user thing they are looking at the correct file but the file is output in another location on their hard drive. They only figure out then deleting the file and see they are not create after a new output.
