High vs Low

High vs Low

I have been assuming certain things are true, but perhaps there should be a difinitive answer if anyone knows.

1. The higher the FG rating means the guy is a better fighter?

2. The lower the DI rating means the guy has less discipline?

Would those two statements be correct?

1. Better are fighting and more chance of fighting
2. True.
