Player Ratings Update

Can you tell me if there will be an in-season update of the player ratings files?

I'm not answering for myself because I don't do the player rating bu usually, there is no in-season update because it's really long to redo the player rating

some of rookies as been rated in my league, Kane, Toews, etc.

check their ratings

Okay Thanks! I was just curious because there have been a lot of player "breakthroughs" this year and it would be nice to have an updated file with some of that incorporated...

Great work on the game! It's a lot of fun!

I usually wait until the NHL season is over before i expect new ratings.

How do you rate a rookie on part of a season. He may be good at the start of the NHL season but then slump later on, so his rates won't be accurate.

that's an option in my league, ratings are based on 41 games, projected on 82. It helps poor team to add some depth to their rosters for 41 games. All players are being rerated at the end of the season.

I agree that it is hard to judge a rookie based upon half a season, but there are lots of vets having breakthroughs...

Mike Richards, Nik Antropov, and Mike Ribeiro are examples.

Maybe they'll slow down production... but they're looking great so far!
