0.9.4 - GM Client Bug

I have a GM running XP who gets this error message every time he tried to load GM client.

This application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

Another fellow GM who was able to run it at his own house went over to the other guys house and couldn't get it to work either.

They need the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 install on their computer.
