New Features for 2.0.5 – JavaScript Team Toggle

This is a feature I’m been waiting to do for a very long time. I think I had this in my head for more than a year! I call the JavaScript Team Toggle. The feature allows you to hide team’s data.

The best way to explain it is to try it. So follow the step to see it action.

1) Go to http://sths.simont.info/JavaScript/
2) Click on Pro Team Roster Link (Direct Link : http://sths.simont.info/JavaScript/SIMO ... oster.html)
3) Click on [Close / Open Team View] in the Team Link. It’s at the end after [Page Top]. You’ll see the Team 1 Data vanished.
4) Click again on [Close / Open Team View] to see the Team 1 Data again.

I also add 2 link at the top: “Close All Team View” that hides all teams’ data and “Open All Team View” that show back all team’s data.

What do you think of this feature? I personally trill with it! Long dream come true.

I want to make the HTML output more fun. Actually, this give me good idea! STHS Output Themes!

I mean, just like Kramden23, I think this works well and looks cool, but would never use it nor would my GMs.

Output TeamScoring and then Output TeamScoringLast10Games or stuff like that. That would be interesting to see the streaky players and such.

But themes?

Like "Fun Scoring Pages"? "Purple Rosters"? I'm not getting it.

In the output option, you can have overall header, overall footer, file header and file footer to custom your HTML webpage output. I'm thinking it could be fun to able to copy those modification a commish would do a file and be able to reapply those modification to another league.

Kind of neat actually.. does this have a "remember " function?

If say a GM closes all teams but his own will it remember his selection when he returns to the page?

It doesn't have a remember function. It's a simply Javascript. I'm not good enough to make Cookie Remember Function. Sorry.

I was thinking about how interesting and possibly helpful it would be to be able to track a players' recent performances.
