2.1.5 - Wrong Captain ID in csv

In proteam and farmteam csv files, for every team, the player number shown for captain and assistant are not good (they don't match correct player number in players.csv file)

The player number that appears in the files are not even on the same team (and are not captain/assist on any other team).

The HTML output is correct though.

This is actually an wanted beheavior but I'll change it for 2.1.6.
