2.2.2 - Release Goalies capped at 100%

I went on a team to buyout a player(forward) at 150% and it was fine. I process a goalie and it is capped at 100%. When I put 150%, the confirm message says buyout for 100%? and resulting message stating the total amount correlates to 100%

Hmm. I don't know if the bug is players or goalies. ;) Fix for 2.2.3.

Change Log : Fix an issue where you count not release a goalies with more than 100% of his salary. (The STHS allow up to 1000% for league rules
