Salary Cap Calculation only for teams playing or ?

I know this was talk somewhere before but I'm tired of digging too much more. Sorry if it's repeat question

But is salary cap validation supposed to be calculated for all teams every day or only for the teams that play that day?

I just had a team with salary cap error but his team wasn't playing that day and I couldn't remember if this is normal behaviour or can be changed.

The STHS Client File Output should calculated for every team but the "simulate windows" will only calculated for teams playing the current day (If you simulate 1 day only, if you simulate multiple day, it'll check all of them)

I had situation where the simulate button wasn't available cause of salary cap error for a team not playing "today" but "tomorrow"

If you can reproduced the error by using your backup, please send the league file by email so I can reproduced it.

My sim tonight is not simming cause of salary cap error for a team that is not "today's games". They do play in tomorrow's game though.

I don't understand where this is a problem since no team can be over cap any day of the season even when not playing, unless you're not using complex calculation

The Salary Cap is enforce every day even if the teams are not playing. The auto-roster doesn’t run in the case of Boston because he’s not playing today.
