2.9.9 Client with simulator 2.7.7 - Team Finance

Can we use the Client 2.9.9 if the league run on 2.7.7? (just to prepare the future transition)
I tried it and I go one problem when i'm clicking the FINANCE TAB. I got an error message (i made a print screen if you want it) But, i'm sure it's normal due to the version. After i clicked OK, I got the finance page I have the access to that :
- PCT Season ticket
- add/remove money to bank account

The GM should not access to that

I got it.

Fix an issue with the STHS Client 2.2.9 where opening the Team Finance Windows from a STHS Client File create by the version 2.2.7 or below of the STHS was causing an error.
