2.3.2 - Free Agent Goalie Glitch

When signing a free agent skater to a contract where only "Can Play Farm" is checked, the skater will be sent directly to the farm roster.

However, when signing a free agent goaltender to a contract where only "Can Play Farm" is checked, the goalie will be sent directly to the pro roster (and also subject to waivers depending on league settings). The goalie should be defaulted to the farm when signed. This occurs with both Manual Free Agents and Automatic Free Agents.

What is the max farm OV set to, This might have caused the issue you are having if the goaltender OV is too high for the farm.

I'll phrase it another way. When signing a goalie using either Automatic or Manual Free Agents, a goalie is assigned to the Pro level, even if "Can Play Pro" is not checked. When you sign a skater under the same terms, the simulator knows not to assign him to the Pro level.

Max Farm OV is 62. The goalies this has occurred with are OV 59, 55, and 52.
