Question about finance

I don't understand the finance page of thes teams.
I share you 2 links: One of the end of the season and one of the playoff.
The Arizona Coyotes didn't make playoff PRO and FARM but the finance change during the playoff.

Somebody can explain me why its like that? We use the 2.3.3 for the simulator

It's seem someone add exactly 4 million. I have play with your league using the client file. For the Coyote, I see an project bank account of $19,111,023 and your current value is $23,111,023. This is exactly 4 million. It looks very human to me. Actually, the transaction history show it.
