HO players (suspension to 99) appears in boxscore as Suspend player in the scratches but they should not.
Non sign players are not part of the roster.

He's not healthy scratch. The section you mention is called "Scratches" and he's in there with "Morgan Rielly (Suspend)".

I stick with the fact that a player without a contract is non-roster assets that can't be considered scratches for any reasons.
