Problem with compressed files from STHS

I reported this issue with some of the other compressed files and we've encountered it again when trying to unpack the STHS-V2-Client-Mono-2-1-6.zip archive. The archive will not unpack on OS X or Win8 with built-in compression. In the thread on this particular issue for this particular client archive, the suggestion is to use Zipeg but unfortunately, it does not work either.

Is it possible to have the uncompressed files posted for download or have the archives re-packed?
