Mass Edition

Everything seems to be in French around here, so if this question was answered, I am sorry.

I heard that you could take EVERY players ratings down by a certain percentage using Mass Edition, I dont wanna fudge my rosters or anything, so I will ask you pros how the best way to do this would be.

You select the Rating you want, leave both Condition at None and in Result select % Change and put 90% to drop everything of 10%. If yuo want to drop everything of 15%, put 85% and so on.
