What does PH for goalies mean in V2?

for Goalies-
PH- is this like PA in FHL- so the ability to puck handle like for passing? Or is this more like how good the glove hand is- IE no rebounds?

In both cases that is handling movement of the puck.

I already saw that- its not really helpful- Puck handling= puck control.
I am asking what does that cover? Is that just the goalie handling the puck with his stick for passing- so the old PA in FHL? or is that like glove hand, so no rebounds. Or is it both?
