Client Editor for GMs

I belong to 2 different leagues using STHS. One is using V1, the other is about to move into V2. I have noticed, obviously, that you need to use a specific and different Client Editor for V2. When I download the V2 editor, it isn't going to mess up the original editor is it? I'd hate for one of my editors to not work and mess up my ability to control my team in one of my leagues.

No it won't. They are completely different program from Windows point.
