0.9.6 - Ticket price

The option to change ticket prices is blocked in the STHS client, so I have to do the changes myself. Unfortunatly, I noticed that when I loaded GM's lines after I have made the change undo those changes if the GM have made is lines with a client file wich have not been uptated. Loading GM lines should not affect ticket prices in the STHS when option is blocked
