Trouble with unassigned players when assigned to a team

Hello all

Made a search and found nothing on the subject so i post

Here's the problem:

When i assigned an unassigned player to a team when creating my league, they always get 99 potential,not the potential they have when i saw their ratings..

So what is the problem with that ? Have i forgotten a setting ? Any help would be appreciated !

PS: I have the latest version of STHS2

Are you totally sure the player didn't have 99 of PO before? Some rating creator put 99 to all their players PO.

I did the test and it work fine for me.

I think youre right for the fact that all player gets 99 PO

But i dont even know what is a rating creator ...and plus i'm totally new with this kind of simulator,even borderline numb

Anyway I have created 2 teams already and i can't go back :@
