2.0.7 - League Files Merged when saving with new file format

I run two leagues (PRNHL & ILSH) and this morning when I loaded the file for the PRNHL, teams from the ILSH remained in the division window. The PRNHL has been using the 2.1 file save format since 2-0-7 was realeased, although for the ILSH I started using that setting only yesterday. This is the first time I try to load the PRNHL file since then. I've tried exiting and reloading the file but I get the same result.

*I should also mention, some GMs have had a similar issue with players from other leagues showing up on their teams after converting to 2-0-7, although the issue seemed to be resolved after reloading the file.

I have the same problem here, when I laod my league after playing with my junior league I still hae a lot a teams from my junior league in the division windows, I have to delete them and in the same time I have to delete my schedule and fantasy draft!

Any Ideas how to fix it?

I know why... The old league file data are not properly clear. If you save your league file with that behavior, I STRONGLY recommends dismissing them and reloads from a backup. To fix the issues, please uncheck the option to save in the 2.1 file format. I’ll fix that issue in a couple of hours.
