Version 2 Windows 7 Issue

I downloaded the support file from the website, after I extract it and try to run it as regular program or as an administrator the problem does not open and windows says the program has stopped working and it was searching for a problem. That closes and then nothing else happens.

I have tried searching the forms but I could not find an answer.

Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

The version 2 doesn't required the support file. It's cleary written "Support Files to Run the STHS Version 1".

Pretty sure what he means is the Net Framework files. He is getting something I haven't seen before. He is apparently unable to run the client . It almost immediately upon opening tells him the client has stopped working and shuts down. I have tried a number of things to no avail.

There is no error message. Windows just says it has stopped working and shuts it down.

Then you should have an error message in Windows Event Log (Controls Panel / Administrator Tool / Event Viewer)

Hello. An owner in my league can't get the Client for version 2 to run on Windows 7, gets the same error message listed above (program stopped working). I'll see if he can send me the event log.

Program stopped working usually mean the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 is not installed on the computer.
