error in sths launch

hey I am looking for an answer as to why this pops up when I try and download the commish file for the simulator.

ERROR IN STHS LAUNCH

EVERYTIME I DOWNLOAD THE FILE THIS POS UP.

WHY IS THIS.

PLEASE HELP.

Make sure you copy the SimonTHockeySimulatorV2.exe file in a folder where you have read-write access like your Desktop or My Document.
