What about captains & assistants for the farm team. I don't see that listed anywhere.

I agree, a back-up needs to have played at least X amount of games.

It would be nice if on the unassigned list (especially when all players in the league are outputted) if you have the following line every 15 players or so...

Player Name PO CK FG DI SK ST DU PH FO PA SC DF EX LD MO OV - Age Weight Height Salary Contract

that way when you're looking at the ratings for a player who is say half way down the page, you don't have to scroll all the way back up to make sure you are reading the correct rating category column.

Example (even though the columns aren't lined up correctly here):

Player Name PO CK FG DI SK ST DU PH FO PA SC DF EX LD MO OV - Age Weight Height Salary Contract
Aaron Downey (FLA) RW 72 70 45 62 78 61 55 50 57 59 63 64 62 0 56 - 33 215 Lbs 6 ft 1 1 year

Aaron Johnson (NSH) D 67 50 72 67 78 76 60 36 58 61 66 53 55 0 60 - 24 211 Lbs 6 ft 2 835,000 2 years

commish can add money onto cap hit for team
I think what he's trying to say (and if not I'd like to make it another suggestion) is when you release a player from a team it asks how much % of his salary the team pays for the rest of his contract. I would like to see an option where this counts against the cap.

Example:

Say a player makes 2million, you release him and agree to pay half his salary for the remainder of his contract. That number (1million) is now "stored in the sim" and will automatically count towards his cap room when adjusting his roster, until the players contract should run out (in however many years) or until that player is picked up by another team. Then the new team would assume his full contract (2million) for the remainder of his years left, and the original team would have back 1million in cap room.

I think what he means is to allow teams to trade cap space.
