2.0.2 - 3 Fights without ejection

Hey Simon

In this game a player was ejected from the game for a holding minor without receiving an additional penalty (he got the 10 extra minutes in penalties but there was no misconduct announced). This has occurred at least twice in our league this season.

that's a bug for sure.

in fact, by nhl ruling, Chris Simon should be out of the game, suspended and fined by the league after is 3rd fight in the same game.

I know why. I had codes that make sure that after 3 fights, the players is eject but that code was only in penalty function and NOT in the fight function. In this case, when Chris Simon got a penalty after his third fights, his suspension kick in.

P.S. Fix an issue where a players is not eject immediately from game after his third fight in game.
