Integrity Check Failed

I looked around and again can't find anything related to this. But when I go to output I get the "Integrity Checked Failed" error message. Not sure if it is something I did or what. Any help is appreciated.

Also I am using version 1.1.2 and am currently in the off-season, should I get 1.1.3?

Just curious where to send? And I did switch to 1.1.3. Still the same. And which files do you want? Kinda new at this.
