I've been doing this for years, but there must be a better way... my way seems mighty slow. So...
What is the best way to add players into the sim (with full characteristics) for the year's draft?
I have a fully complete CSV with all information ready to add to my league.

Add prospects via a csv and the draft
Then update ratings with a players csv (including all the info of the prospects)

Did the draft.
Now, when I go to League->Update Player Rating, it wants a STHS file, not a CSV. When I push a CSV, it fails.

If you have a CSV correctly format, go in the Utility --> Rating Creation menu. From there, you can import CSV file and save the rating pack. Then, you can used that Rating Pack in the League->Update Player Rating function.
